Curiosity is not a strategy
Most companies have already experimented with AI. Someone uses it for drafts. Someone built a prompt library. Someone tried an assistant inside a tool the company already pays for. That is useful exposure, but it is not operating leverage.
AI-native means the business has systems that use AI inside the flow of work. The system sees the signal, gathers context, drafts or acts, escalates when needed, and improves the cycle time of the business.
Forty-five days is enough for proof
The goal is not to transform the entire company in six weeks. The goal is to pick a meaningful workflow, map the real operating pattern, build the first production system, and prove that AI can remove drag in a measurable way.
That proof changes the conversation. Leaders stop debating AI in the abstract and start asking where else the same operating model applies.
The path matters
The sequence is simple: audit the work, choose the leverage point, design the system, connect the tools, train the team, and measure the result. Skip the audit and the system will solve the wrong problem. Skip enablement and the system will not become habit.
AI-native is not a destination. It is a capability the company builds by stacking working systems.
